In this video, we'll show you how to run an hourly job from start to finish.
Within your "My Jobs" space, click on "View Job" to be provided further details into a particular job. Additionally, you'll also have the option to look at future and past jobs. If your Dispatcher has yet to assign you to a job for that day; "No Jobs" will be displayed. Make sure to bounce back to today's jobs to get back to where you need to be under My Tickets. You can also look at the tickets you've compiled for the day or any incomplete tickets from any prior jobs that need fixing.
Clicking on "Start Job" will action the start of hours tracked for your time for work completed. Head to the pickup location using the directions provided. Once you get loaded up with material, click on "Pickup complete."
Depending on if your company requires individual ticket information, you may be asked to enter the weight and ticket number here. Once done, submit and proceed to the drop-off site using the directions once more.
Once you get to the drop-off site and the load has been dumped, click the "Drop-off complete" button. This will send you right back to the pickup site.
Continue through this pattern until the work is done for the day, choose "Stop Job." The app will then ask you for a ticket number for your timesheet as well as the amount of time you work that day.
If there is a paper timesheet, you'll be prompted to take a photo of it here and at that point, the job will be closed.
