Navigation on the Mobile App

In this video, we'll show you how to Navigate through the TruckIt Mobile App.

When you first log in, you'll be prompted to choose to either "Continue" or "Change" the linked truck displayed. Clicking continue will bring you directly to Today's Jobs. Displayed at the bottom are the following tabs: My Jobs, My Tickets, Notifications, and Support.

On the My Jobs page, you are able to click on "View Job" and expand into details about the job. Additionally, you'll also have the option to look at future and past jobs. If your Dispatcher has yet to assign you to a job for that day, "No Jobs" will be displayed. Make sure to bounce back to today's jobs to get back to where you need to be under My Tickets. You can also look at the tickets you've compiled for the day or any incomplete tickets from any prior jobs that need fixing.

Under the Notifications tab, confirmation of jobs closed and or any messages that come from your dispatcher can be found in this space. To clear your notifications, click on "Read All" and they will disappear.

Clicking on our Support icon, will provide you with our contact to phone support, link to our Resource Center as well as an option to provide feedback to help us improve our platform.

If you need to change a truck, you may navigate to the person icon at the top right of your account and choose "Change Truck." In this space you are able to choose one of the trucks that you are already linked to or utilize the search bar and search for trucks.
