In this video, we'll walk you through using the TruckIT Mobile App as a Contractor.
When you first log in, you'll see four main sections at the bottom of the screen: Dashboard, Projects, My Jobs, and Support.
On the Dashboard, you'll see a weather forecast, how many jobs are active, how many jobs are pending, and how many tickets there are for the day. You will also see a breakdown of each individual ticket type, including hourly per ton, per load, and more in the projects section.
On Projects, you can view all of your Projects as well as filter them down based on whether they're active, closed, or archived. You can also create a new project. If you click on a project, you can see the details and payloads for that project, as well as add a new payload to that project. You can also dispatch off of the payloads that are on the projects already from within the app.
In the My Job section, you can view today's jobs, upcoming jobs, jobs that need trucks completed, jobs, and the job board. If you click on a job, you'll be able to see all of the details for that job, including the site information, which trucks are on the job, and the progress of the job throughout the day. You can also click View Tickets to see the individual tickets for that job.
Lastly, if you go into the Support section, you have a quick line into our support team and you can leave us feedback to help improve the platform.
