Monitoring Jobs on the TruckIT Portal

Updated over 5 months ago

In this video, we will walk you through how to Monitor a Job in the TruckIT portal.

In the TruckIT portal, head to the Jobs section. This will take you right into the My Jobs subsection, where you will see a list of all your jobs.

On the left-hand side, you can search for jobs by date range, as well as filter them based on whether they are active, not started closed, or pending.

You can also search within those jobs using the search bar. Once you find the job you're looking for, click on it and you'll find a summary of that job.

Here you can edit the job, view all of the tickets associated with it, close the job to prevent any additional loads, and message the drivers that are running on this specific job.

Here you'll also see the job map. The job map shows you the pickup site as a green pin and the drop-off site as a red pin, the recommended route for the job.

All the trucks on the job with different status indicators to let you know whether they're headed to pickup, or drop off, or if the truck is online or hasn't started the work yet.

You can also hover over an individual truck to pull up more information, such as the truck number, who is driving the truck, and which job number they're working on.

Underneath the job map, you'll find analytics. You'll see how many tons have been delivered, how many loads have been delivered, and the total cost for the job so far, as long as you have alert zones built out in your sites.

You will also have access to data for the average time spent at the pickup, the average time spent at the drop-off, and the average turn time.

You can also view how each individual Truck is doing regarding those tons, loads, and average turn time. At the bottom of the summary page, you can find details about your pickup and drop-off locations, as well as any job details and notes that were included when the job was created.

Lastly, if you click the Trucks tab next to Summary, you'll see a list of all the trucks that were assigned to this job, their start time in the system, and their expected turn time for the work.

Please make sure to check out all of our other tutorial videos and thanks for using TruckIT.
