How to Access & Download Tickets on the TruckIT Portal

How to view truck tickets and export ticket data

In this video, we'll walk you through how to view and download your tickets from the TruckIT portal.

Once logged in, click on the reporting and analytics section. From here, there are three options, tickets, truck activity, and reporting.

Click into the ticket section. When you are in the ticket section, choose the date range for the tickets that you are looking to access, and the system will find them.

You'll see a summary by material, and then if you scroll down, you'll find all the tickets for that date range.

There is also a search bar where you can search for a myriad of things, including specific projects and materials.

You can also use the filter button next to the search bar to narrow tickets down based off of the unit of measure type of ticket, as well as the status of the ticket. The ticket data includes the ticket number, weight unit of measure, project, job driver, truck pickup, and drop-off locations, and more.

If you would like to download these tickets, go into the top right-hand corner and click on the download tickets report button, which is the arrow facing downward. This will download the ticket data into a CSV file that can be accessed offline or imported into other software such as billing and invoicing programs.
