In this video, we will show you how to Create a New Project, which will help you keep your sites payloads and dispatches organized within the TruckIt Portal.
Click on Projects and Sites. In the Project subsection, you'll see a list of all of your current projects. Click the Create New Project button right above them. In the popup, create a name for this new project. This name can be similar to how you've named projects in the past. If you use project numbers, you can also enter one here. If any notes are specific to the entire project, you can enter them here as well. Do note that haulers will be able to see those notes in the mobile app.
If this is a DOT project, you can check the box for the DOT project and add the DOT project number as well as the inspector who will need access to it. Click save, and you're done.
