Troubleshooting Steps on the TruckIT Mobile App

This guide offers essential troubleshooting steps for resolving issues with the Mobile App.

If you're having issues with your TruckIT Mobile App:

  • Make sure you have the latest App Version.

  • Clear the cache.

  • As a last resort, please uninstall the app and install it once again.

Tip: Learn how to clear cache on your Mobile or Tablet.

For Android Users:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap on Apps.

  3. Scroll through the list and select TruckIT.

  4. Tap on Storage & cache to view the app's storage details.

  5. Tap on Clear Cache to remove the cached data. If you want to clear all data (including settings and login information), you can also select Clear Storage.

For iOS Users:

  1. Hold down the Truckit APP icon

  2. Press Remove App

  3. Press Delete App

  4. Re-download/install from the App Store.
