If you're having issues on the TruckIT Portal, navigate to https://portal.truckit.com/
If you have logged in already, log out.
Clear your browser's cache.
Tip: Go to ⋮ (three-dot menu) > History > Clear browsing data. Select "All time," check the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes, and click "Clear data."
Log in with your username and password again.
