1. Login as a Contractor
2. Go to My Jobs
3. Tap on Today's Jobs to see a drop-down menu.
4. Go to Job Board.
5. Tap on "Fill" to add your Trucks and Subhaulers.
6. Tap on "Trucks from Fleet" to see your Trucks.
7. Select the Trucks you need.
8. Tap on Continue.
9. Tap on Next to see the Subhaulers list.
10. Tap on Select Subhaulers.
11. Make sure to filter Subhaulers so you only see the ones you added.
12. Select the Preferred Filter.
13. Tap on Done.
14. Now you will only see the Subhaulers you added. To assign the Job to them, tap on Select Trucks.
15. Select the Trucks you need from your Subhauler.
16. Tap on Done.
17. If you need to add more Subhaulers, repeat the process.
18. Once you have added all your Trucks and Subhauler's Trucks, tap on Continue.
19. Tap on Next. The Job will be assigned to each Truck then, and each driver will be able to see it.
Notes and Recommendations:
Always filter the Hauler/Subhauler list by PREFERRED LIST. That way you will only see the subhaulers or contractors you added.
Remind your drivers to link themselves to the correct Truck so they can view the Jobs assigned to them.
