Dispatch & TruckIT Portal

  • Link to each TicPic under the XLS report (feature)

Why you’ll care: This saves time and keeps your job and payload organization seamless and efficient.

  • Increase TicPics Report Limit (feature)
What it is: You can now include up to 1500–2000 ticket pictures in a single report.
Why you’ll care: Makes it easier to generate large reports without splitting them.

  • Copy Payload Button
What it is: Adds a button to duplicate payloads in projects.
Why you’ll care: Speeds up setup when working with similar jobs.

  • Tic Pic option on Pick Up (feature)
What it is: Drivers can now take and save photos of the load during pickup and drop-off, not just when closing a ticket.

Why it helps: The decimals weren’t being saved before. Now, the tonnage is saved accurately—no edits needed -saving time and reducing errors

  • Notification message when the ticket is closed
What it is: When a ticket is closed from the mobile app, the user can view a message confirming the ticket has been saved successfully.
Why it helps: It improves user experience by confirming the ticket was saved, reducing confusion, and giving users confidence that their work is complete.

Action: Ask drivers and contractors to update to the latest TruckIT app to see these changes.

Quality-of-Life Fixes (plain English)

  • "Reconcile" Option Shown to Inspectors: Inspectors can use the "Reconcile" option under the Other Actions menu. This gives inspectors more control by allowing them to finalize and verify ticket details directly, improving efficiency and reducing back-and-forth.

  • Grant Access Project Visibility: ‘Grant Access’ customers no longer see other customers added to the same project by the owner. This protects customers' privacy and improves project clarity by showing only the information relevant to each of them.

  • Pricing engine error ‘Invalid Unit of Measure’ (Feature): An error occurred when creating or editing payloads with combined units of measure (UoMs). You can now use combined UoMs without triggering errors.

  • Web Portal Ticket Tag Crash: You can now add tags to tickets without any issues, ensuring a smoother and more stable experience when managing your jobs from the Web Portal.

  • App Crash While Taking TicPic: Resolves the crash when capturing ticket pictures. This fix improves app stability and user experience.

  • Job Template Ignores 'Allow Job Acceptance': Jobs created from templates now respect the 'Allow Job Acceptance' setting. This fix ensures a proper job flow.

  • Search Tickets by Restricted or Granted Access Customer: You can now search tickets based on customer access permissions.

  • Search Projects by Restricted Customer Name: This feature enables searching for projects by restricted customer names. It makes it easier to locate specific projects tied to limited-access clients.

  • Driver Visibility of Updated Total Tonnages: Drivers can now see real-time updates of total delivered tonnage when multiple trucks are assigned to a job with capacity limits. This improves coordination and decision-making on the road, helping drivers avoid overloading and stay informed without needing manual updates.

  • iOS Mobile Dispatch Date/Time Bug: Scheduled job dates and times weren’t saving correctly on the iOS Mobile App. This bug has now been resolved, so you can confidently schedule jobs from the mobile app without any unexpected changes.
