1. Navigate to https://portal.truckit.com/jobs/my-jobs
2. Click "Tickets" or go to "Tickets" tab.
3. Click on the TicPic icon to view it.
4. Click "Reject TicPic."
5. Click "Yes" to save.
6. You will be able to see the tag "TicPics Rejected" on every ticket that requires the driver to submit a new ticpic.
7. The driver will receive a notification to submit a new TicPic.
8. The driver can go to "My Tickets" and tap on the three dots. There, they need to tap on "Edit TicPics" and they will be asked to take a new picture.
