In this video, we'll walk you through how to use the Truck Activity feature to do a Load-Cycle analysis in the TruckIT Portal.
Head into the Reporting and Analytics section. Then click into the Truck Activity subsection. Once in the Truck Activity subsection, you'll first adjust the date range to search for the project you had in mind.
From there, click the project's dropdown and find the project you were looking for. Once you found the project, you can click on the job order dropdown and find the specific job within that project.
Once you select the job you're looking for, you'll see a chart that follows the trucks throughout the day of that job. It is color-coded based on what the truck was doing at every given time.
Blue on the timeline shows time spent at a pickup location, green shows time spent at a drop-off, and gray shows when the driver was en route to a location. In addition to the color-coded timeline, you can also see each truck's location throughout the course of that job.
You can move and adjust the slider on the bottom of the page throughout the day and see exactly where that truck was. This can help you examine routes, and find times throughout the day where there may have been traffic or a backup at a pickup drop-off location.
Please make sure to check out all of our other tutorial videos and thanks for using TruckIT.
