In this video, we will learn how to Copy a Job and how to Create a Template from a job.

First, select the Job that you'd like to copy. If this job will run only once, simply select the date and the system will automatically dispatch the same trucks that were initially assigned to this job. However, if you wish to assign different trucks or add more trucks to this job, this is your opportunity to do so. Once you have assigned the desired trucks to the job, simply click Save and you're ready to go.

However, if you'd like this job to run on multiple days, you have the option of creating a Template, which is based on this job. In that case, simply toggle the Template switch. From here, you have the option of assigning a start and end date, as well as choosing the days that the job will run. Once you've set the schedule for the job, confirm the trucks that have been assigned and simply click Save. The system will now automatically dispatch the trucks you chose for this job on the scheduled days.
