How to dispatch Payloads with Custom Fields on the TruckIT Portal

1. Navigate to https://portal.truckit.com/dashboard

2. Click "Projects and Sites."

3. Select a Project.

4. Once Custom Fields are added and visible on the Dispatch screen, click "Dispatch."

5. The Custom Fields will show on the dispatch screen. You can click and type the information you need to add.

6. Drag the truck to assign them the job.

7. Click "Save Job."

If you can't see the Custom Field, you will need to go to Settings > Custom Fields and enable the "Show on Dispatch" toggle. Keep in mind that only Company Admins can see and edit "Permissions" and "Show on Dispatch" toggle.
