Request for Quote (RFQ)

Customer creates RFQ (potential project payload) and puts in a price. Then owner accepts RFQ (keeps price or changes it). Customer cannot modify it, only the owner.

Tip: The owner company admin can define set of companies (potential customers) allowed to create RFQ

1. Click "Settings" to navigate to "Customers" tab

2. Click "Customers"

3. Click "RFQ Allowed" to define set of companies allowed to create RFQ

4. Select companies

Tip: RFQ creation. Customer can create RFQ and send it to an owner.

5. As customer existing in RFQ list, click "Create new request" from "Requests" tab, choose a company.

Tip: Data required to create RFQ: Project, sites, UoMs, materials, truck types and Customer rate. Customer cannot see/set the driver rate, only the customer rate is allowed.

6. If customer creates RFQ along with new Project and owner added customer to RFQ allowed list, it has access to owner's data (sites, UoMs, materials, truck types) to be able to create a request.

7. If customer creates RFQ for a project with already provided Granted Access, that project is available in projects listing while RFQ creation.

12. If project is new project, RFQ accept makes the project provided with Granted Access for a customer. Project owner view:

13. If owner confirms RFQ, payload is created and customer can create job requests (with new project or not). Customer view:

Tip: Notifications.

In case of changed price while RFQ confirmation, SMS is sent. Recipient is only user with Granted Access who created RFQ.
